Cayla has a passion for educating and empowering parents like you on your journey to find better sleep without sleep training. After struggling with her own babiesโ sleep, sheโs become hyper-focused on helping parents find the middle ground between cry-it-out and wait-it-out approaches. Sheโs a big believer in having your cake and eating it, too: you can be a responsive caregiver, tending to your child with a focus on their attachment needs, while still setting boundaries and making changes that allow you to function and care for yourself, too. YOU are the expert on your baby, and she is here to help you find creative solutions that meet your familyโs unique needs
Allegra Gast, RDN, IBCLC
Allegra is a registered dietitian, international board certified lactation consultant, postpartum doula, and also a military spouse and mom.
As a military spouse whose husband has been on 6month long deployments and many TDYs (temporary duties), Allegra knows how hard it can be to muster the energy to take care of her kids and her business. Allegraโs passion is empowering parents and helping parents regain their energy and feel like themselves in the postpartum period as well as helping them meet their breastfeeding goals.
