The biggest predictor of how a child turns out is 𝘺𝘰𝘶.

It’s not the vast array of developmental toys. It’s not the music classes or sports or art programs. It’s not the perfectly curated nursery or the meals on colour coded dishes. It’s not even the quantity of social time outside the home – one which so many parents are concerned about due to #covid. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The biggest predictor of how a child turns out is 𝘺𝘰𝘶. If you are your child’s primary caregiver, their secure attachment to you is, scientifically, the biggest predictor of how they will fare in life. Cayla Solomon
Holistic Sleep Coach

I’m Cayla Solomon — a certified holistic sleep coach specialising in responsive, root-cause sleep support for babies, children, and adults. I work with families and individuals across Canada and worldwide, and I’ve spent years studying why the standard sleep training advice so often fails the people it’s supposed to help. My approach draws on sleep science, attachment research, and the conviction that understanding your body — or your child’s — is always the first step. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, and I’m not afraid to say so.
