You deserve support that feels clear, calm, and made for real life.

Those early months can feel like you're constantly trying to understand who your baby is and what their unique needs are, while everyone around you has an opinion about what you "should" be doing. One person says to follow wake windows to the minute. Another tells you to stretch feeds. Someone else insists the only solution is sleep training. Meanwhile, you're just trying to figure out why nights suddenly feel impossible.

It's a lot. And it gets even harder when you're running on broken sleep.

Rest Without Rules was born from families who told me the same thing again and again: "We just want to understand our baby, and we want support that doesn't make us feel like we're failing."

This program gives you the clarity and confidence you've been missing. No rigid schedules. No separation. No guilt. No trying to force a baby into a box they're not developmentally ready for.

Instead, you learn what's normal, what might be contributing to the tough stretches, and what you can adjust that actually makes a difference. You'll start noticing patterns, trusting your instincts again, and feeling more grounded – even on the hard days.

Think of this as the moment everything starts making sense. You're not doing anything wrong – you just deserve guidance that fits your baby, not someone else's rules. And, it doesn't hurt to do it all alongside other parents who are in the thick of it with you.

What makes this different

A program for real families, not textbook babies.

Rest Without Rules was created for parents who want to understand their baby's sleep without being told to ignore their instincts or follow rigid rules. There's no forcing, no pressure, and no pretending that babies all follow the same patterns.

We focus on why sleep feels hard and what actually helps in a way that respects biology, development, and the reality of early parenthood.

Responsive, not behaviour-based

Root-cause focused, not surface level

Flexible, not rigid

Developed with you, not handed down to you

You will never be told to leave your baby to cry, restrict feeds, or follow rules that go against your gut. This is support that adapts to you and honours your baby's unique needs.

What families say

Real voices from the program

★★★★★

“I was on the fence about signing up because I had just spent money on another sleep program that I didn’t feel aligned with. But Cayla’s Sleep Support Series was So. Worth. The. Investment. The most meaningful aspect was being able to have sessions with other women going through similar struggles — it was so incredibly validating, and such a source of comfort and community. The recordings, the resources, the private group, the ability to ask questions and get immediate feedback from a knowledgeable specialist. It truly was the best investment I’ve made since my son was born.”

★★★★★

“I pulled the trigger at 2am when my 3-month-old was waking every hour and I was completely exhausted. It was the best ‘midnight purchase’ I’ve ever made. I’ve been pressured to sleep train, but I didn’t want to — I just wanted to understand why babies sleep the way they do. Just because my little one wakes up every hour doesn’t make him a bad baby. He’s a normal baby who needs his mama.”

“Cayla helped me understand my baby in ways online advice never could. She looks at sleep, feeding, development — everything — and genuinely cares about how things are going. The group sessions and recordings were incredibly helpful.”
