I am so thankful we found Cayla when we did. We were going on 7 months of no sleep and really felt hopeless. We did not want to do cry it out or anything similar but knew we needed help. Cayla was great with looking at the whole picture and helped us figure out some underlying issues impacting our babies sleep. Once we got those issues fixed she then helped us with nap schedules and length. We went from waking up 12xs a night, split nights, and baby only sleeping from 3am on if he was latched , to baby in his crib sleeping 11+ hours on his own. Sometimes it just takes someone looking in from the outside to tell you a few key things to try. There is so much info online and from everyone it can seem overwhelming. Having Cayla talk to us and tell us what is normal and what isn’t and make a game plan just for our family was amazing. She really cares and wants to help.
