Stephanie de Graaf

Stephanie is a holistic infant sleep consultant, BScN, and mama to a wild and wonderful toddler. She has dedicated her career to helping new families find their feet and flourish, in various settings – from tiny babies in the NICU to facilitating sleep and feeding support groups in her local community. Now working from her home in the beautiful South Okanagan, British Columbia, she offers virtual sleep consulting services worldwide.

Her passion for helping new parents was born in the Newborn Intensive Care, where she began her career fresh out of nursing school. Since then, she’s added hundreds of hours of study through certifications in breastfeeding, maternal and infant mental health, and infant sleep to her credentials. Her greatest teacher has been her own baby who showed her that we really do all need a village in the early parenting years.

In today’s society everyone has an opinion on how you parent your children. You are bombarded with opinions about what you “should” be doing with your child, and so much of it is contradictory. Stephanie believes that what you need most is to be empowered to trust in your instincts. Her collaborative approach helps you feel confident in your parenting decisions, putting you in the driving seat.

Cayla is a certified sleep specialist, certified parent educator, and mom of three busy kids. You may know her as @OfficialSleepingBeauties on Instagram.

Cayla has a passion for educating and empowering parents like you on your journey to find better sleep without sleep training. After struggling with her own babies’ sleep, she’s become hyper-focused on helping parents find the middle ground between cry-it-out and wait-it-out approaches. Having experienced the impacts of sleep training in her own home, Cayla takes a non-judgemental approach that is tailored to a child’s temperament and development, with a holistic lens that considers every facet of a child’s life.

She’s a big believer in having your cake and eating it, too: you can be a responsive caregiver, tending to your child with a focus on their attachment needs, while still setting boundaries and making changes that allow you to function and care for yourself, too. YOU are the expert on your baby, and she is here to help you find creative solutions that meet your family’s unique needs
